Caylee Anthony: Autopsy Report

The results and full autopsy report was released to the public against the Anthony family's wishes.

It arrived in 36 pages, ready for all crime writers to dissect.  It is available for everyone to read and gulp with every morbid detail.  It is very difficult to believe it has been a year since that little angel was taken from the world.  All of her future experiences erased, no children to raise, no husband to meet and marry, no wedding, no friends in school, no science projects or book reports, no more dresses..no more.

I strongly believe her life was taken by her mother in the most cruel and simple way.  No drugs to numb Caylee, no poisons to put her calmly to sleep forever, instead just barbaric disposal.

I have the read report and the three most revealing and important finds are that there were no drugs in Caylee's hair and bones.  Her body was completely skeletonized so it is impossible that Casey ever received any calls from Caylee during the time she was missing.  Her time of death was immediately after she was seen alive, but the most damaging and heartbreaking part of the report is the description of the duct tape that was place not only over Caylee's mouth, but also over her nasal passages and that this act was done before the body began to decompose. In other words, while she was still alive.

Basically, the only reason to place duct tape over a person's mouth is to keep that person from screaming or crying, the only reason to place tape over a person's nasal passages is to keep that person from breathing and the only reason to do both is to murder that person.

In this case that person is a 2 year old girl.

I believe the reason the death penalty was put back on the table against Casey Anthony is because it became clear to the State Attorney that Casey Anthony simply wrapped her daughter's mouth and nose in duct tape and kept her from breathing until she died.  I can further speculate that she then just tossed her her daughter into the trunk of her car that very last night she was seen alive and left her there while she went to Blockbuster with her boyfriend, all the while her daughter is unable to breath in a locked hot car.

By morning Casey realized what she had done, convinced herself to forget the entire thing and left her daughter in that car for several days until the smell became unbearable and that was when she removed her, got a tattoo to express her new free life and then decided to break ties with her parents for good.

State Attorney's Office Seeks Death for Casey Anthony

The State Attorney's office has now flipped on seeking death for Casey Anthony.  It was made clear a few months ago that they would not seek the death penalty for the young mother, but today it all changed.

The state attorney's office is citing "sufficient aggravating circumstances" as a reason for changing the game plan.

This means that Jose Baez, her lead attorney, will not be able to defend her at trial, he is not qualified to lead a death penalty case.  In my opinion he is not qualified to lead a pack of monkeys into the jungle, but a digress.

I wonder what caused this turn of events?  Is it new evidence of guilt recently returned from the lab? Like DNA or blood on Casey's shoes? Maggot tests results back? Toxicology on the baby that shows she was poisoned with chloroform?

I am sure the spectacle her parents made during those depositions didn't help her cause, the obvious lies and cover up for their daughter must have infuriate a lot of people at the state's attorney's office.

Is this a call to Casey to take a plea deal and confess or face death and eternal damnation?

Will she confess?

Will she shake in her sleep tonight and awaken in a cold sweat?

Will her parents still go on Oprah as they are planning to? (Yes they are scheduled to appear on Oprah during the MAY sweeps).

If anyone deserves death, it is a mother who murder's her child leaves her in the trunk of her car while she goes out to party, then throws her in the woods and continues to cook for her new boyfriend and go about her days lying to her family, getting her nails and hair done and getting tattoos while smoking pot all the while her baby is alone in the woods with not one person on her side.

I am very skeptical about the death penalty, but sometimes it is clear when a murderer deserves the ultimate punishment.

Caylee Anthony may be dead because of Caylee Anthony!

Casey Anthony's defense team sure knows how to anger the public. Casey Anthony is absolutely deranged if she thinks the public is going to consider that her 2 year-old daughter may have poisoned herself with a sedative or chloroform and that she Casey Anthony maybe got scared and maybe made the wrong choice by disposing of her.

There are a lot of maybes going on in the defense house.

Yes, the defense is appealing to the prosecutor in both a memo and a direct plea to the judge on why the death penalty should be removed from the table.

Here is a snip out of that document:

"The crime was not cold, calculated and premeditated. In the months
leading up to Caylee's disappearance, Anthony's behavior was described by friends and family as "erratic and not entirely rational."

He wrote that filicide – the act of a parent killing a child – is different
than other homicides. The underlying reasons why mothers kill are complex and
can be divided into various categories. For example, one type is a parent who
kills under influence of mental illness.

Another type suggests a parent's motive may be to save the child from real
or imagined harm. Juries are more likely to show mothers mercy.

He mentioned Andrea Yates – a Texas mother who drowned all five children –
was sentenced to life in prison. Susan Smith, the Arkansas mother
who pushed her car with her two children inside in a lake, got life in
prison.

The bolded area just about made me laugh out loud, this case is nothing but cold and heartless, this girl ran around town after killing her baby telling everyone she was with the nanny all the while going out to bars and dancing and being the perfect girlfriend to a new boyfriend, while her daughter lay rotting somewhere. This cold callous woman, lied to her friends and family and as of yesterday continues to watch her parents tell the world that Caylee is alive, she has not come forward to bring closure to the bleeding hearts of friends, family and strangers, who desperately want an answer. Her lawyer even attached baby photos of Casey Anthony to appeal to the sympathy of the viewer as if seeing Casey as a small innocent child would erase the countless beautiful photos they have seen of poor little innocent murdered Caylee.

If Casey Anthony wants the death penalty off the table, then she needs to tell us where to find Caylee.

Also, if her defense attorney thinks that Casey Anthony did not plan to kill her baby he is as ridiculous as his face makes him out to be. This girl had a new boyfriend, new friends, no job, her mother was constantly on her back about work and taking responsibility for her child. She wanted this anchor gone, she wanted Caylee gone so that she could be free and when she murdered Caylee we all have proof of the freedom she gained, the photos of her at bars, the video of her skipping through blockbuster with her boyfriend, the text messages of glee asking friends to meet her at Fusion nightclub, the new tattoo, the post on myspace about everyone dying eventually, the countless parties she attended, we know the motive was to be a free bird, because for a while she got what she wanted.

Also, his bit about Casey being erratic before the disappearance is concerning as well as the mention of Andrea Yates, will he try to claim Casey had a form of post partum depression?

The state has not yet decided on the death penalty, so he is really jumping the gun.

What happened to her story about the nanny or the dangerous kidnappers? Has anyone informed George and Cindy Anthony that the defense is now almost flat out stating in writing that Caylee is indeed dead?

By the way the difference between Andrea Yates, Susan Smith and Casey Anthony is, that Andrea called the police and told them she had killed her children and Susan Smith admitted she killed her boys. Casey Anthony is still lying and Caylee is still out there somewhere.

Why are we killing Troy Davis?

*Update: Troy Davis received a stay of execution less than two hours before he was scheduled to die on Septemebr 23rd. The US Supreme Court issued the stay to allow it to meet to consider whether to hear Troy Davis’s appeal.

I am a strong believer in the death penalty. I believe there are some subhumans that do not deserve to breathe the same air as their victims and that the only way to find justice for horrible crimes is to rid the world of these monsters, such as Jeffrey Duncan, the BTK, Scott Peterson and many others. However, there comes a time when the option for the death penalty is dangerous.

Below is the story of Troy Davis, who is due to be executed on September 23, 2008 for a crime he says he did not commit. Many criminals say this, but if there is no evidence that he actually did commit the crime and there is a huge elephant in the room called reliable and reasonable doubt, then why oh why are we going to take this person to the extreme of death?

Here is the Troy Davis Story - you be the judge and the voice for him:

Late one hot August night in 1989, Troy Davis was standing in a Burger King parking lot in Savannah Georgie, he was not the only man in the parking lot, there were several other young black men, a homeless man and one white off-duty police officer named, Mark Allen McPhail, who fell victim and died of gunshot wounds.

The homeless man was getting beaten over a can of beer, Troy Davis tried to intervene but was threatened with a gun and fled after the gun was shown to him. Next to intervene was off-duty police officer Mark McPhail, he tried to help the homeless man, but instead was shot dead in front of several witnesses.

The state of Georgia produced 9 witnesses that placed Davis as the gunman. The murder weapon was never found or linked to anyone, there was no physical evidence linking Davis to the crime, but Davis was still sentenced to death by lethal injection in 1991.

Since that time he has served almost 20 years and since that time almost all of the witnesses have recanted their original testimonies.

The homeless, Larry Young who was getting beaten has since come forward and said he never even saw Troy Davis in the parking lot and he is unsure who did what, however he was the star witness in the Davis trial and initially said it was Davis that struck him in the head with a gun.

Another witness says he was 16 years old and the police told him if he did not cooperate he would be charged with accessory to murder and spend his life behind bars, he said he was a kid and was terrified and so he complied. Another witness came forward to say he was asked to sign a sworn statement confirming his account of the night in question that placed Davis at the scene and as the gunman, the problem was he didn't know how to read or write and had no idea what he was signing. Yet another witness says he was a police informant and made most of his money giving police false information and lying for them in exchange for cash, so he read the headline and then made some cash by pointing the finger at Davis.

All of these witnesses have sworn under oath in front of a parole board about their recantations.

Martina Correia, Davis' sister has been fighting to keep her brother from being executed. In 2007 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and was given an estimate of 6 months to live, since then she has fought the cancer because she is compelled to save her brother and will not give up on him.

The last two witnesses who refuse to recant their testimony are two that some of the witnesses originally also suspected of the crimes, one of these witnesses is Sylvestor Cole. Larry Young, the homeless man has stated that Cole was the first initially to approach him and ask for one of his beers, Larry said no and he says Cole began to curse at him, the story gets fuzzy after that, but many have said that Cole the very witness who will not recant, was indeed the real shooter and not Davis, this is just speculation, however at this point so is Davis as the shooter.

The courts insist that they are unable to disregard the original testimonies, just because these individuals have come forward to say they are now unsure of what they testified to, does not mean they lied and were coerced by police. But I ask you, even if they are unsure, even if there is a small chance Davis was the shooter, is that enough to kill him? Isn't the chance of him NOT being the shooter greater?

Isn't the risk of putting an innocent man to death a risk they are not willing to take and should at least listen and give him a new trial?

Troy will be executed on September 23, 2008. Friday the parole board will again decide if he should die on the scheduled date. I say NO.
